Unlocking the door and walking into a clean condominium is a wonderful feeling, especially here on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau. Whether you’re looking for an occasional cleaning or a more regular service, CabinCare will will create a cleaning plan that’s just right for you, your living space and your lifestyle.

We will start with an initial deep to bring your living space up to the highest standard.

Following the initial visit, we are pleased to offer:

Weekly, biweekly, monthly or occasional visits to our clients in Sapphire, Cashiers, Lake Toxaway, Glenville and Highlands areas.

You select the frequency and preferred schedule and we arrange your set-it-and-forget-it cleaning service. Costs do go down after the first visit; the more frequent the service, the less time that is typically required to clean per visit. Further, we thank our regular clients with a rate decrease for more frequent visits.

Our Condo cleaning services

Bathrooms:

We proceed from top to bottom. First of all, we clear the room of cobwebs and wipe clean all of the countertops, sink basins, faucets, mirrors, tub, shower and shower door. Finally, we sanitize the toilet internally and externally and then vacuum and mop the floor.

Kitchen:

We spend a lot of time in our kitchens. It’s the central meeting place and where the coffee and wine is located! We start by wiping clean all of your small appliances before cleaning the splatter from the inside of your microwave. Next, we cleanse the stove top and your greasy vent hood. Then comes the turn of cabinets, countertops, kitchen table and chairs. At last, we vacuum and mop the floor for a sparkly finish.

Bedrooms: 

The bedroom is one of the most important rooms in your living space. We pay close attention to the windows (the view is why we are all here), window sills, baseboards, picture frames, mirrors, and furniture – we clean it all! We can also clean up the bed with fresh linens. Once the room is looking (and smelling) fragrant and clean, we vacuum the floor.

Living room: 

The living room is the place where we all congregate after a hike up to Rainbow Falls or to eat pizza from Mica’s or Slab Town Pizza. We turn on Netflix or the Travel Channel to unwind. Because of the importance of this area, we start by dusting all surfaces, including windows sills, picture frames, side tables, coffee tables, and furniture. The television set is also great at gathering dust (an we need a clear picture of Game of Thrones), so we make sure to clean that too! We finish the room with a thorough vacuuming into every nook and corner.
